When you order your product via www.etantrampolines.com, you are allowed to return the product within 100 calendar days. Please fill in the form below. The 100 days start from the day the package is delivered. Obviously, the package and the product should be handled with care. To assess the product, it is permitted to unpack the product. When the product has been used and/or has been assembled, or the original package is not present, then returning is not a possibility anymore. Of course, you can completely register your return even when it has been assembled. However, only up to 50% of the purchase price will be refunded to your bank account.

2. For you to return the product, we will contact you with one of the following 2 options:
– Has your product been delivered by a package deliverer? Then you will receive a return label from us. Attach this label to the product and post it at the nearest DPD parcel shop.
– Has your product been delivered by a pallet carrier? Then we will contact you to plan a pick-up appointment. If you are not home on the agreed date, additional costs will be deducted from the returning amount.
3. Make sure that the product is packaged properly. In the case that the returning package is damaged during transport, the credit amount will be influenced. If the product no longer has any value, it is possible that we cannot accept the product as a return. Therefore, it is of great importance that the product is properly packaged.
4. We will refund the entire invoice amount after we have checked and received the returning product regarding the entirety and damage. We will refund the invoice amount within 14 days, but often it is much faster!
