Warranty is applicable to all product material- and production errors. You can find the warranty term for each individual product on the corresponding product page. To summarize, when you use your product in a normal manner, it should not break within the warranty term and even after. If a product has a defect within the warranty term then we will repair or replace the product parts free of charge. To claim the warranty we would like to ask you to fill in the form below. We will contact you within two weeks.
Has the defect occurred outside the warranty term, because of misuse or for example storm- or firework- damage? Of course, we will solve that for you too. In that case, the repairs are not covered by the warranty and the costs will be charged. To report the repair, filling the repair form is step 1.
As of the 15th of February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to voice complaints via de ODR-platform of the European Commission. This ODR-platform can found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When the complaint isn’t elsewhere being handled, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
