Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We believe it is important that you order from Etan with confidence. Not completely satisfied after all? You can make use of your statutory right of withdrawal. Below we explain step by step how returns work and what you can expect.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to actually return the product.

2. How do you register a return?

  • Register your return via the return form at the bottom of this page or by email, stating your order number, a clear reason for return and, if applicable, photos.
  • We will send you an email confirmation (once the return request has been approved) with further instructions.
  • Carefully package the product, preferably in its original packaging.

3. Who arranges the return shipment?

You are responsible for organising the return shipment to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

This means that you choose a carrier yourself and arrange the return shipment with them.

This is common practice within the industry and comparable to how other trampoline brands handle returns.

4. Return costs – how does it work?

Transport costs depend on factors such as:

  • the delivery address (country/region);
  • the size and weight of the product;
  • the chosen carrier and shipping method.

Because these costs can vary significantly, we do not use fixed return rates.

Important:

Return costs are generally at your own expense, unless the return is the result of:

  • a product defect;
  • damage incurred during delivery;
  • an incorrect delivery by Etan.

In those cases, we will reimburse the reasonable return costs, based on demonstrable shipping receipts.

5. Condition of the product upon return

We ask you to handle the product with care:

  • The product may only be used to the extent necessary to assess it, as you would in a physical store.
  • The product must be returned complete, clean and – where reasonably possible – in its original packaging.

Is the product:

  • damaged;
  • clearly used;
  • dirty;
  • incomplete;
  • or poorly packaged?

Then we reserve the right to:

  • apply a reduction in value, or
  • refuse the return.

6. Returns from countries outside the EU

Returns from countries outside the European Union are entirely at your own expense and risk.

This also applies to:

  • customs and clearance costs;
  • import duties;
  • delays or refusal by customs authorities.

These costs are not reimbursed by Etan.

7. Optional assistance with return transport (large products)

Is it a large product, such as a trampoline, and would you prefer us to arrange the return transport for you?

In some cases, we can assist in organising return transport via a logistics partner.

The costs will be clearly communicated in advance and will only be arranged after your approval.

Please contact us for this option; we are happy to think along with you.

8. Refund

If your return meets the conditions:

  • you will receive a refund of the purchase amount paid (and any standard outbound shipping costs),
  • within the statutory period, after we have received and inspected the product.

9. Exclusions

Returns are not possible for:

  • business orders;
  • custom-made or modified products;
  • products that have been assembled, installed or buried;
  • products that can no longer be sold as new due to use.
