When you order your product via www.etantrampolines.com, you are allowed to return the product within 30 calendar days. Please fill in the form below. The 30 days start from the day the package is delivered. Upon refund, the full purchase amount will be refunded. This does not include any shipping costs.
To return trampoline safety nets and trampoline safety pads, we need to schedule a pick-up at your home. The return costs amount to €25 and will be deducted from the refund. When returning a trampoline, we will also schedule a pick-up. This will cost €50 and will be deducted from the refund.
The package and the product should be handled with care. To assess the product, it is permitted to unpack the product. When the product has been used and/or has been assembled, or the original package is not present, then returning is not a possibility anymore. Of course, you can completely register your return even when it has been assembled. However, only up to 50% of the purchase price will be refunded to your bank account.
After registering your return, you will receive a return label and have 14 days to return your order. The purchase amount will be refunded to the specified account within 14 days after we have received your return.
