Want to buy a trampoline safety net? Safe jumping starts here!

A trampoline safety net is perhaps the most important part when it comes to trampoline safety. It prevents your child(ren) from falling off the trampoline during high jumps or unexpected movements. Is your trampoline net worn out, torn, or broken? Then it’s very important to replace the safety net in time. At Etan Trampolines, you’ll find a wide range of trampoline safety nets suitable for various models, sizes, and shapes.

Whether you have a trampoline on legs or a trampoline dig-in, a round trampoline or a rectangular trampoline – we have the right safety net for your trampoline. Available in green, black, and anthracite grey, and only suitable for Etan trampolines. Do you have another brand? Then unfortunately, an Etan safety net will not fit your trampoline!

Which trampoline safety nets does Etan offer?

At Etan Trampolines, we have three trampoline nets: the Etan Hi-Flyer, Etan Sky-Flyer, and the Etan Premium. Each line is unique and designed with maximum safety, durability, and ease of use in mind.

1. Etan Premium trampoline safety net – External attachment

The safety net of the Etan Premium trampolines is attached to the outside of the trampoline frame, directly to the trampoline springs. This type of attachment offers several advantages:

  • ✔️ Larger jumping surface: Because the net is placed outside the frame, you have more room to jump safely.
  • ✔️ Optimal protection: Since the net falls outside the edge, the shock-absorbing capacity of the trampoline safety pad is fully retained.
  • ✔️ Professional look: The combination of sleek finishing and high-quality materials makes this a top choice for those who want the best.

This type of safety net is available for both above-ground trampolines and sunken trampolines. For level-with-ground trampolines, there is no safety net available — for example, our Etan UltraFlat and Etan PremiumFlat trampolines.

2. Etan Hi-Flyer and Etan Sky-Flyer trampoline safety nets – Internal attachment

For the Etan Hi-Flyer and Etan Sky-Flyer trampolines, the safety net is attached to the inside of the trampoline edge pad. The net is laced through a special sleeve on the trampoline jumping mat, creating a completely enclosed space. This construction has several key advantages:

  • ✔️ 100% enclosed jumping zone: Children can’t reach the springs, significantly reducing the risk of injury.
  • ✔️ Safety first: Thanks to this setup, young children remain completely protected while jumping.
  • ✔️ Affordable and safe: Perfect for families who want maximum safety without a high investment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order parts for a trampoline net?

Yes! Most suppliers keep trampoline net parts in stock. In some cases, models are so old that parts aren’t available anymore. If that happens, we recommend getting a completely new net.

Note: For safety reasons, a damaged net should be replaced immediately!

Why is there a net around trampolines on legs?

For “medium or larger” recreational trampolines on legs, the European standard EN 71-14 requires a safety net.

Etan prioritizes safety – we only supply upright trampolines with a safety net. Using a trampoline on legs without a net is considered irresponsible today due to the risk of injury.

How much does a trampoline net cost?

A complete trampoline net ranges from around €30 up to €700.

What affects the price:

  • Trampoline size
  • Material choice (poles, net, top rail)
  • Finishing
  • Origin (labor)

Experience shows that a cheap net wears out, tears, or breaks over time – along with all the safety risks. A good-quality net gives years of safety and can take a bit of a beating.

Etan’s safety net frames are made entirely of steel, making them the safest and most robust trampoline nets.

How high should a trampoline net be?

At least 180 cm measured from the jumping mat. This minimum height is legally required.

Is a trampoline net dangerous?

Nope! A trampoline net actually makes jumping safer, as long as the net and top rail are strong enough.
