Etan UltraFlat trampoline – Sleek design, powerful bounce

The Etan UltraFlat trampoline is the ultimate high-end flush trampoline for those looking for top performance and a modern look in their garden. Introduced in 2021 and fully produced in Europe, this flat to the ground trampoline meets the highest quality standards. From the strong, square steel frame to the special jumping mat and powerful trampoline springs – everything about the UltraFlat is designed for sporty jumpers who love challenges, tricks and height.

European top quality from Etan

Just like the Etan Premium, the UltraFlat is entirely manufactured in our own production facility in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We use only European materials and apply strict European production standards. This ensures a durable, safe, and reliable trampoline that lasts for years. The Etan UltraFlat is available as a trampoline square and trampoline rectangular – ideal for a modern, clean-lined garden.

Etan OptiFlow jumping mat – maximum airflow

A common issue with ground-level trampolines, such as the Etan PremiumFlat trampolines, is that the air underneath the trampoline has nowhere to go. This leads to an unstable bounce and flapping trampoline edge pads. That’s why every Etan UltraFlat comes standard with the Etan OptiFlow trampoline jumping mat – an open-woven PVC jumping surface with optimal air permeability. The mat has been extensively wind tunnel tested and features a UV-resistant coating. The result? Less resistance, higher jumps, and less wear. We’re so confident in the quality that we offer a 6-year warranty on this unique trampoline jumping mat.

Available in popular models and sizes

The Etan UltraFlat is available as:

  • Trampoline square 198 x 198 cm / 294 x 294 cm / 366 x 366 cm

  • Trampoline rectangular 294 x 198 cm / 366 x 294 cm / 414 x 366 cm

These models are perfect for anyone looking for a Flush trampoline that not only performs but also looks stylish. The UltraFlat comes standard with a black trampoline safety pad made of extra strong German PVC – wear-resistant, UV-proof, and neatly finished. The square trampolines and rectangular trampolines in the UltraFlat line are true powerhouses!

Looking for other sizes? Another flat to the ground model is our Etan PremiumFlat line.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the UltraFlat trampoline differ from regular trampolines?

Etan UltraFlat trampolines stand out with:

  • 3 mm thick, box-shaped galvanized steel frame
  • High-quality safety pad with 3 cm foam
  • OptiFlow jumping mat for optimal air movement
  • Strong hard-plastic Diamond System triangles
  • Durable, high-quality trampoline springs
  • Matching warranties

This combination ensures stability, better bounce, safety, and a longer lifespan.

Who is the Etan UltraFlat suitable for?

The UltraFlat is perfect for enthusiastic jumpers, athletes, trainers, families who want top quality, and places where the trampoline is used often, like sports clubs or recreational facilities.

How long does an Etan UltraFlat trampoline last?

Thanks to high-quality European materials, in-house production, and a robust design, Etan UltraFlat trampolines have a very long lifespan. With normal use and following the user guidelines, they can last a lifetime! The jumping mat and safety pad usually need replacing after 5–7 years of heavy use, depending on usage and protection (e.g., weather cover).

What makes the Etan UltraFlat suitable for semi-professional use?

The UltraFlat trampolines are built from high-quality European materials designed to withstand intensive and frequent use. This includes a 3 mm thick galvanized steel frame, strong safety pad, extra breathable OptiFlow jumping mat, and Diamond System triangles.

What is OptiFlow?

OptiFlow is a trampoline mat specially designed by Etan for maximum airflow. The open-weave structure lets air escape much faster than a standard permatron mat, resulting in smoother jumps, more control, and less resistance.

What’s the difference between OptiFlow and a standard trampoline mat?

A standard trampoline mat is made of tightly woven permatron – perfect for above-ground and inground trampolines. It’s strong but less breathable than an OptiFlow mat.

OptiFlow features:

  • Coarser weave, letting air escape freely
  • Faster response when jumping
  • Smoother landings with less “balloon effect”

In short: A standard mat is sturdy and fine for above-ground or inground trampolines. For a flat-to-the-ground trampoline or users seeking maximum jump performance, go with an OptiFlow mat.

What are professional trampolines?

Professional trampolines are used for intense jumping, sports training or semi-professional use. They’re built with:

  • Frames made from very thick, heavy-duty steel, often box-shaped
  • High-quality springs that allow higher and more controlled jumps
  • A highly breathable jumping mat for maximum bounce height
  • A thick safety pad with durable filling and strong finishing
  • A long lifespan thanks to top-quality materials and solid construction

Is it a lot of work to dig in a trampoline?

Yes. Digging in a trampoline takes quite some work. An inground trampoline (20 cm above ground) is easier to install than a Flat-to-the-Ground trampoline. Most of the effort goes into digging the hole and backfilling the soil. Assembling the trampoline itself usually takes 1–2 hours, depending on the type, size, and whether a safety net is included.

Who can dig in my trampoline?

Some trampoline suppliers offer a trampoline dig-in service. Since they are often the supplier or even the manufacturer, they usually know the installation best – so they’re often your best bet. There are also plenty of gardeners who can handle the (digging) work for you.

Note: Installing a trampoline isn’t just digging a hole. Make sure you check how someone plans to install your trampoline. When in doubt, contact your trampoline supplier.

How much does it cost to dig in a trampoline?

Costs vary depending on the size of the trampoline and ground conditions. For a professional dig-in service, prices usually range from €700 to €1,800, including digging, placing the trampoline, and finishing the edges.

What do I need to dig in a trampoline?

To install a trampoline in the ground, you’ll need:

  • An inground or flatground trampoline (not one on legs!)
  • Installation instructions
  • A spade or mini-excavator
  • A wheelbarrow
  • An earth container, trailer, or nearby space to dump the soil
  • A measuring tape and string to mark the pit
  • A level for flat installation
  • Optional drainage if the soil is wet
  • Ground cover or weed fabric to prevent weeds under the trampoline

Check beforehand for underground utilities, pipes, cables, or drains.
