Does Etan Trampolines offer afterpay?
Through Klarna, we offer afterpay. This means you receive your trampoline first and pay afterward – convenient if you want to check the delivery first or pay at a later date.
Note: Klarna applies its own terms and credit checks. If your Klarna request is not approved, this payment option will not appear during checkout.
My order failed or was declined – what now?
If a payment fails during checkout (e.g., due to incorrect payment details, declined credit card, or an issue with your bank), you will usually see an error message from your payment provider. In that case, check that your payment information is correct, that you have sufficient funds, and try again or choose another payment method.
If the payment does not go through, the order is not finalized and will not be shipped. You will receive a notification or email from us once the payment is successful.
What if my preferred payment method is not available?
Sometimes not all payment methods are available, for example due to restrictions from the payment provider, limits, or your location. In that case, we ask you to select an alternative payment method.
If in doubt, contact our customer service – we will find a suitable solution together.
How quickly will I be refunded?
Once we have received and processed your return, we start the refund within 5 business days. How quickly the amount appears in your account depends on the payment method used.
Can I order via the webshop as a business customer?
When you order from us as a private customer, the displayed prices always include VAT. We cannot issue business invoices with a VAT number, nor can we adjust prices or invoices.
