How big can the hole be?

Our trampoline repair kit is suitable for holes up to the size of a two-euro coin. This is important for the safety of the jumpers. Larger holes can lead to further tearing or injuries during use.

Can you repair a trampoline mat?

Yes. With a strong needle, sturdy thread, and a piece of trampoline mat (Permatron), you can fix a hole up to 2.5 cm. If the hole or tear is bigger than 2.5 cm, we advise against using the trampoline and suggest considering a new mat.

Can I repair larger holes with this repair kit?

No. The kit is only suitable for holes in the jumping mat up to the size of a 2-euro coin. Larger damage should be professionally repaired or the jumping mat replaced.

How do I repair my trampoline jumping mat?

Option 1: Ask a local cobbler to stitch your jumping mat.

Option 2: Repair it yourself using an Etan repair kit:

  1. Cut the piece of Permatron to size.
  2. Place the cut piece under the jumping mat.
  3. Sew the outer edges of the cut Permatron piece.
  4. Sew the inner part of the piece in a cross pattern.
  5. Have fun jumping!
