Trampoline jump mats – For a smooth and controlled bounce

The trampoline jumping mat is the heart of your trampoline. At Etan, you’ll find different types of trampoline mats, each with unique features and designed for specific trampoline series:

All our jump mats are designed to minimize wear on the trampoline springs and feature our unique Diamond System, which evenly distributes the jumper’s weight. This guarantees a longer lifespan and more control with every bounce.

Trampoline safety pads – Protection and style

A good trampoline safety pad prevents contact with the trampoline frame and trampoline springs, greatly increasing safety. Etan offers different types of trampoline edge pads, suited to your trampoline type:

Popular sizes include trampoline pad 244 cm, trampoline pad 305 cm, trampoline pad 366 cm, and trampoline pad 427 cm. All our safety pads are available in multiple colors, including green, gray, and anthracite – so your trampoline matches your garden perfectly.

Trampoline safety net – Extra security for every jump

A trampoline with net is no longer a luxury but a must-have. The trampoline safety net prevents jumpers from falling off the trampoline and helps prevent injuries. In addition, a trampoline net keeps pets and unwanted visitors out of the trampoline area.

At Etan, you’ll find safety nets and spare parts for trampoline nets for both inground trampolines and above-ground trampolines. Suitable for round trampolines and rectangular trampolines. Safety nets are also available for the well-known Etan Hi-Flyer trampolines. These Hi-Flyer safety nets are being phased out, so once they’re gone, they’re gone!

  • Perfect fit – All our parts are designed for Etan trampolines
  • Safety and durability – High-quality materials for long-lasting use

Frequently Asked Questions

When should you replace your trampoline mat?

As soon as it’s worn out enough for holes to appear or the triangles start breaking. These are usually the two most common signs of wear and tear.

How long does a trampoline mat last?

It depends on the mat material, usage intensity, use of a protective cover, and weather conditions. With normal use, a jumping mat usually lasts 5–7 years. For intensive use, replacement is often recommended after 3–5 years. With occasional use and consistent protection with a cover, a mat can last 10 years or more.

What’s the difference between OptiFlow and a standard trampoline mat?

A standard trampoline mat is made of tightly woven permatron – perfect for above-ground and inground trampolines. It’s strong but less breathable than an OptiFlow mat.

OptiFlow features:

  • Coarser weave, letting air escape freely
  • Faster response when jumping
  • Smoother landings with less “balloon effect”

In short: A standard mat is sturdy and fine for above-ground or inground trampolines. For a flat-to-the-ground trampoline or users seeking maximum jump performance, go with an OptiFlow mat.

What’s the best trampoline safety pad?

The best pad combines safety, durability, and looks. A good pad protects jumpers from the frame and springs, stays looking good for years, and visually matches the trampoline and garden.

Etan uses 30 mm closed-cell foam as impact protection. This foam doesn’t absorb water, keeps its bounce, and gives optimal protection. The foam is wrapped in thick German PVC, which is UV-resistant, weatherproof, and highly durable. This makes the pad safe, long-lasting, and stylish.

How do you measure a trampoline safety pad?

When measuring, don’t just measure the current pad. The fastest and most accurate way is to figure out the brand and model of your trampoline. Then you can easily order a replacement that fits perfectly.

If you want alternatives or aren’t sure about your brand/model, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Identify the type of trampoline:
    On legs
    Inground
    Flat-to-the-ground

  • Step 2: Measure the outside dimensions:
    Round models: full diameter
    Rectangular models: length and width

  • Step 3 (optional): Pick your preferred safety level, like thickness of the trampoline safety pad.

  • Step 4 (optional): Consider aesthetics: color, finish, and material are important to many users.

With this info, you’ll quickly find the right and safest trampoline safety pad for your setup.

Which trampoline safety pad should I choose?

Pick a pad that’s safe, durable, and looks good. To get the right one, choose a pad that fits your trampoline. This depends on the type: on legs, inground, or flat-to-the-ground. You also need to stick to the exact dimensions of your trampoline. A pad that’s too big will hang over the frame and wear out faster. A pad that’s too small is , as it provides less protection over the frame and springs.

When in doubt, contact your trampoline supplier.

Can I order parts for a trampoline net?

Yes! Most suppliers keep trampoline net parts in stock. In some cases, models are so old that parts aren’t available anymore. If that happens, we recommend getting a completely new net.

Note: For safety reasons, a damaged net should be replaced immediately!

Are trampoline springs universal?

Yes. Always check before ordering that the length of your current trampoline springs in relaxed state exactly matches the springs you plan to buy. Springs more than 1 cm shorter or longer can cause problems, like a sagging jumping mat or one that’s too tight. Both reduce jumping fun and the lifespan of your mat and/or springs.

How do I maintain a trampoline cover?

Clean the cover regularly with lukewarm water, without any cleaning agents. Let it dry completely before using it again.

Does a trampoline cover affect the lifespan of my trampoline?

Yes. By protecting the frame, safety pad, jumping mat, and springs from UV rays, precipitation, and dirt, a cover significantly extends your trampoline’s lifespan.

Why do I need a cover for my trampoline?

A cover protects your trampoline from rain, dirt, leaves, bird droppings, and UV rays. That way, the jumping mat, safety pad, and springs stay in good shape for longer.

Is there a cover for trampolines with a safety net?

Absolutely! Every brand and model has its own safety net design. So it’s best to get a protective cover from the same brand and model as your trampoline.
