Trampoline dig-in service

Want to dig-in a trampoline? Leave it to the experts!

Of course, there’s a bit involved in digging in a trampoline. If you’d prefer to have your trampoline fully installed, we can take care of that for you. We have put together two packages so that you always have the option that suits you best. With Package 1 “From A to Z”, the entire process is handled by us, including the sand disposal. If you can make good use of the excavated sand elsewhere in your garden, we offer Package 2 “Without Sand Disposal”, where we place the sand next to the pit. In both packages, the trampoline is assembled and positioned in or on the pit. Sit back and let us do the work. With the Etan dig-in service, your trampoline will be installed quickly, neatly, and safely.

• Prices mentioned exclude the trampoline and any additional work.

• If no one is present during the agreed time slot and our installer cannot carry out the work, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• Our installer will wait a maximum of half an hour; waiting time is charged at €32.50.
• Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 2 business days before the scheduled date. Cancellations within 2 business days of the scheduled date will be charged 50% of the total amount.
• Changing the installation date is free of charge up to 2 business days before the scheduled date. Changes made within 2 business days to 24 hours before the appointment will incur the costs already made for any container or digger rental, charged at €250 per item. Changes to the package and/or date within 24 hours of the scheduled date will be charged 50% of the total amount.
• Any additional work will always be charged at actual cost. For labour, this will be billed based on post-calculation at €65 per hour. This may apply, for example, when conditions are not met, causing our installer to spend more time on the project.
• Free parking must be available at the entrance or near the garden for a van with a trailer. If this is not the case, parking fees and any additional work will be charged based on actual parking costs and labour at €65 per hour.

Location and Accessibility:

• Your home must be accessible for a van with a trailer.
• The garden/location where the trampoline will be installed must be accessible for a digger. A flat passage of 90 cm is required for this. (Note: this must be accessible from outside; our installer will not go through the house).
• The area where the trampoline will be placed must be free of pipes and other objects in the ground. Our installer is not liable for any damage to objects found underground.
• If rubble, clay, peat, or other unusual materials are found in the ground, Etan B.V. reserves the right to charge for additional work at €65 per man-hour.
• The area must be free of paving or other obstacles. Our installer must be able to start work immediately upon arrival.
• Trampoline assembly takes place on the ground floor. If the trampoline needs to be assembled on another level, this must be indicated in advance.
• The trampoline guideline specifies that there should be 2 meters of free space around the trampoline. If there is less free space, you are responsible for this.
• We are not responsible for high water levels. This means that if the hole fills with water due to a high groundwater level, it is not part of our installer’s or Etan’s work to make or keep the dug hole water-free.
• Once the installer has completed the trampoline installation and left, the placement of the trampoline is considered approved. After this, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise, except in cases of incorrect assembly or manufacturing defects.
• If our installer is to remove the excavated soil, space must be available for a container measuring 230 x 150 x 150 cm near the door or garden. If a container is used, it will be delivered and collected by an external company.
• If the trampoline is to be installed in the front garden, this must be indicated in advance. Installing a trampoline in the front garden requires a KLIC notification to the Dutch Cadastre to identify important underground pipes and cables. This notification must be made by the installer, and the associated cost of €50 will be charged to the customer based on actual expenses.
