Complaints

Warranty applies to all product material- and production errors. You can find the warranty term for each product on the corresponding product page. To summarize, when you use your product in a normal manner, it should not break within the warranty term and even after. If a product has a defect within the warranty term then we will repair or replace the product parts free of charge. To claim the warranty we would like to ask you to fill in the form below. We will contact you within two weeks.

Has the defect occurred outside the warranty term, because of misuse or for example storm- or firework- damage? We are happy to help you get a new product. Not sure which spare part you need exactly? Then contact our customer service team. They will be happy to give you expert advice.
